1907 Fenerbahçe Association Member Information Management and Process Automation
The web based solution delivered towards specific needs of the association simplifies the process of new member evaluation and approval, management of member and contact information, records management with tracking af annual payments. The software is role based hence allowing board members, executives, assistants and members to use the system from their own perspectives. The software runs on an open source stack of Tomcat and MySQL.
AXA Assistance MATIS Claims Provisioning
Among multiple insurance industry and assistance aiding and process automation solutions delivered for the company, DNA also developed an online claims processing and provisioning application for AXA Interpartner Assistance. The solution runs on Sun Microsystems infrastructure with a MySQL database and handles remote processing of provisioning requests that originate from hospitals, pharmacies and healthcare facilities as well as managing client policies and structured claims classification.
Bayer Türk Electronic Form Management
More than one thousand employees of Bayer Türk use the software from web browsers and Blackberry devices to request, approve and process electronic forms that cover processes such as annual leaves, domestic and international travels, recruitment, travel expenses, allowances, various expenses, requisition and procurement as well as event coordination. The software itself runs on Tomcat and MySQL with OSWorkflow infrastructure and integration with Active Directory, SAP, AS400 and Lotus Notes.
Beşiktaş Municipality Multisite Content Management and Community Portal
The municipality owns and operates multiple web sites with diverse content for the subsidiaries and also a city community portal with extensive information about the area. The management chose Sitepratik for the complex content and design management requirements involved. Sitepratik gave the municipality additional benefit to offer all local administrative institutions as well as non profits to launch their independent web sites on the same infrastructure.
Cargill Turkey Corn Operations Automation
Cargill Turkey's corn division needed a software that automates the complex process of contract management, procurement, delivery, logistics and finances that covoers the whole business. The software centralizes all the information, gathering them from a variety of sources like remote databases, machines and office files, generate and run the workflow and attached reporting and finally feeds the accumulated data into JD Edwards running on IBM AS400 and a fax server for supplier communications. The software runs on Oracle application server and database.
CHP Elector Information System
Apart from a number of projects completed for the party's district organizations, election candidates and municipalities, DNA also aided the party with refining, data cleansing and performance optimization of the elector information system that allows voters to query their election registry districts by inputing the national identity number and matching relevant information. The system also pulls up the household data to inform the voter of other voters residing in the same address. The solution involved heavy optimization on a Microsoft SQL database server.
DYO Paints Reseller Management and Tracking System
Among the large number of customer relationship management oriented applications delivered for DYO, this specific software deserves special attention due to its capability of collecting invoice data from more than twenty thousand resellers, cross referencing them with sales figures on SAP and processing the millions of records to provide the company with valuable insight for production and pricing planning. The software runs on Resin application server and Microsoft SQL Server.
Ericsson Turkey Turkcell Projects Management Portal
Ericsson's executive management team needed a project management and collaboration solution that allows instant access and communication with Turkcell executives for long term large projects and commissioned DNA for the task. The delivered solution allows multiple levels of isolation in terms of security and access control but seamlessly allows easy sharing of ideas, reports, documents and information between the two companies. The software runs on Tomcat and Microsoft SQL Server.
Gerçek Group of Companies Customer Portal
The group commissioned DNA to deliver centralized web content management for the group companies where DNA suited the job with Sitepratik. Upon the successful completion of the project, the company aimed higher and requested that all customers, whether corporate or individual, access the company's local backoffice systems to issue and deposit payments, track relevant business processes and interact with all business units the group offers. DNA provided a state of the art solution on Tomcat and MySQL infrastructure with remote connections to backend Microsoft SQL Server databases.
İhlas Holding Executive Financial Management
Executive management of the holding needed a robust solution that gathers financial data from the holding companies, create time series reports and manage the holding's cash flow keeping track of all bank accounts, cash repositories, checks with current and future deposit dates. The functionality covers all aspects involving multiple exchange rates, interest rates and account management. The software runs on Linux, Tomcat, MySQL and Oracle.
İSKİ Performance Management and Evaluation Portal
Commissioned through Sentim Yazilim, DNA completed a performance evaluation and management portal for İSKİ. Performance metrics include thousands of employees, more than twenty thousand indicators and an unstructured hierarchical database design to handle the most complex data structures with complex workflow. The solution runs on Oracle application, database and directory servers with single sign on capability integrated with the company's Oracle based enterprise portal.
Marmara University Student Information System
With more than fifty thousand active users, more than five thousand as staff and management, the solution provides a centralized information management hub for the university's thirty two semi independent educational units. From enrollment, course and grade management to financials with bank deposits data integration, and graduation, each and every individual who is any how connected with the university has role based access to the system. The software runs on a clustered Sun Solaris environment with SyBase application, database and business intelligence servers.
Mikro ERP Web Wizard and Connector
With more than three thousand customers and more than twenty years of established experience, Mikro ERP is one of the leading ERP software vendors in Turkey. Mikro and DNA partnered to integrate Mikro ERP and Sitepratik to offer a new service named MikroWeb to web enable Mikro ERP customers from within the ERP environment. MikroWeb customers can easily publish a product catalog of ten thousand products as easy as the click of one mouse button. The solution is based on Sitepratik and extended with XML data transfer capabilities.
Opet Oil Enterprise Portal and Document Management System
Opet Oil is one of the first customers who have licensed P1 Enterprise Portal to manage and address enterprise communication and collaboration needs. The installation also involves a document management module specifically tailored towards management, versioning, enterprise wide publishing and delivery of ISO quality system documentation with flexible access control lists. The solution runs on a Microsoft Windows Server with Tomcat and MySQL infrastructure.
Pertborsası Online B2B Auction and Workflow Automation
The online auction system developed for Pusula Automotive allows the company to hold auctions to sell salvage vehicles. The service is offered exclusively to insurance companies who are in need to liquidate their salvage vehicle inventory as soon and as lucrative as possible. The workflow automation allows all paperwork to diminish and information to be managed between role based parties such as buyers, insurance company headwuarters and offices, account representatives, auction agents, managers, insurance experts, operation assistants, vehicle owners and auction observers. The solution involves a Tomcat and MySQL installbase on Linux and high level thin and thick client programming with real time network communication protocols.
Sakarya Telekom STSClub Reseller Loyalty Program
STS is one of the largest nation wide distributors of Vodafone for mobile products with multiple makes and models. The solution is tightly integrated with the Logo ERP solution to track reseller transactions and rewards them with points with which they can buy more products, obtain discounts or order gifts among a large catalog. More than seven hundred resellers from all regions of Turkey are given access to the system. The software itself runs on Tomcat, MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server infrastructure.
Samsung Fun Club Mobile Content Delivery Platform
DNA has completed a large number of projects for Samsung Electronics and one outstanding and highly observed projects was the Samsung Fun Club. Every single Samsung mobile phone owner in Turkey is given reward points with which they can purchase mobile content. The phones are tracked by the IMEI system that DNA has developed as the first of its kind in Turkey. The content is delivered through web and mobile platforms as the user chooses. The solution runs on a high availability infrastructure based on Sun Microsystems hardware, Sun web server, BEA Weblogic application server and Oracle database servers.
SOM Online Property Appraisal Automation
The company is one of the first and most established property appraisal agencies in Turkey, serving banks and creditors of all sizes as well as individuals. The software handles all information management and workflow requirements between the involved parties on a role based access and processing rights system and generates PDF based standard appraisal reports, reducing the time to delivery by fractions. The solution is delivered as a packaged product that runs on Tomcat and MySQL backend.
Vadox Communications B2B Payment Gateway
Vadox is the dedicated nation wide LG Electronics distributor for Vodafone. Serving more than seven hundred resellers all around Turkey, Vadox needed a new way of collecting receivables and easing the burden on the resellers thus providing them the financial leverage and elasticity they can highly benefit. DNA provided a centralized payment gateway solution where resellers can log in to view their account balance and make adjustable payments through any desired credit card gateway with up to date options. They can also order new product deliveries for which Vadox can apply desired interest rates or special campaigns developed with partnering banks. The solution integrates multiple bank interfaces through either native API's or secure XML web services.
Yapı Kredi Investments Netpuan Redevelopment
The company's Netpuan program from which high transaction clients earn reward points that can be spent over services offered by program partners. The solution collects transaction and investment data from the company's backoffice inesvment portfolio management system and various real time data providers and deposits the points as spendings to partner company systems such as Turkcell and Superonline through various integration methods. The software runs on clustered IBM Websphere application servers running on IBM AS400 and Oracle database server.
